The Preparatory Commitee of New Zealand Taiwan Day Trust

1. To convene an annually recurring festival of Taiwanese performing arts, cuisine and culture to educate Taiwanese community members and the general public. 2. To promote multicultural awareness, understanding and positive communication within local communities. 3. To provide Taiwanese performing arts experience for the local community and to increase public awareness of culturally based music and dance art forms. 4. To teach and impart skills and knowledge pertaining to Taiwanese culture.
