To recruit and train rugby referees b. to provide referees to referee games of rugby union according to its laws. c.to act in the best interests of members d. to promote knowledge of the laws of the game of rugby and the art of refereeing rugby through formal instruction; exchange of views, and a study of ruling given by the governing bodies. e.to promote and provide for the pursuit of leisure, recreational and social activities bi its members and the community.
