The Otago Shore & Land Trust

The trust's charitable purposes are to operate for the benefit of the community by preserving and protecting penguin species and other rare, threatened and endangered wildlife in New Zealand; and to advance education in the community about the need for protecting penguin species, other rare, threatened and endangered wildlife in New Zealand and their habitat. The trust may also support other charitable purposes (within the meaning of section 5 of the Charities Act 2005) in New Zealand.
