The objects and aims of the Group are: a) to meet the criteria to be exempt from licensing, Pursuant to section 316 of the Education Act 1989 (as inserted by section 40 of the Education Amendment Act 1990). B) To provide a range of educational activities to enhance our children's learning and development. C) To be run cooperatively with parents/caregivers who are responsible for the children they bring D) To have positive behaviour management techniques E) To provide a chance for parents to share experiences, support one another and make friendships. F) To provide safe and hygenic premises. G) Adhere to the Policies adopted by the Group. H) Operate a broad-based educational programme, approved by Early Childhood Development I) Be restricted to operate in New Zealand only.
