To provide training and guidance in the techniques and practices of yoga stretches, relaxation, mindfulness, and meditation through a range of free programs. 3. To further the material and spiritual wellbeing of individuals and society through the practice of karma yoga (practical actions of selfless service) and bhakti yoga (devotional service). 4. To assist others to live a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life. 5. To promote and disseminate the teachings, principles and spiritual values of the ancient yoga texts Srimad Bhagavad-gita, Srimad-Bhagavatam, and related works. 6. To educate the general public through Radio, TV, Scientific monographs, books, textbooks, newspaper and magazine articles, lectures and seminars, personal contact, and all other available means of dissemination, about ones true identity.
