1) Helping and providing advice to refugees and minority ethnic communities on ways of having access to employment, education and training opportunities (social services). 2) Providing general information and advice on range of issues such as legal matters, housing, employment, education, health social benefits, refugee rights 3) Collecting, Organising, managing information on issues of interest to ethnic minority group and refugees 4)Other ancillary Services 5)Managing the Lynfield ethinic educational catch - up programme to bridge the gap between the disadvantaged students form refugee and migrant backgrounds to the student in the public schools who have proper schooling system in New Zealand.
