The New Plymouth & Districts' Returned and Services' Association Incorporated

To preserve the comradeship born of service and to promote the general welfare of servicemen and former servicemen, their respective dependants and the former dependants of deceased servicemen or ex-servicemen. The New Plymouth & Districts' Returned and Services' Association Inc maintains a separate Poppy Trust account for public funds collected on Poppy day. Eligibility for Poppy Trust grants is for Returned and service personnel, their dependents and families, regardless of whether they are members of an RSA or not. The trust shall be applied by the Trustees exclusively for charitable purposes within New Zealand for (a) for the welfare of returned and service people and their dependents (b) in the event the RNZRSA determines that funds raised in connection with the RSA Poppy can be used for the needs or welfare of returned and service personnel, their dependents, the relief of poverty, the advancement of education or religion, or such other charitable purposes within New Zealand.
