The New Plymouth Boys' High School Millennium Trust

To hold in trust funds for the purposes of providing the widest possible education and social benefits of a charitable and educational nature to present and future pupils of the school whether by way of upgrading or development of facilities and/or amenities, provision of equipment, awarding scholarships to staff or pupils, assistance to staff at the school, provision for attracting staff to the school and assistance to students both within New Zealand and out of New Zealand to attend the school as boarders or day boys and any other form of assistance being financial or otherwise to any staff or student at the school.
