Mission: The Courtyard Montessori Preschool was set up by a group of parents and educationalists determined to bring the choice of a Montessori education to Christchurch families. As a community based Montessori preschool our intention is always to celebrate our philosophical identity and uniqueness, standing proud in the excellent service we provide to all our stakeholders. Our Centre Philosophy expresses the fundamental beliefs, values and ideals by which we at the Courtyard choose to operate. Our not-for-profit status means that all surpluses are invested back into the preschool, whether in improved classroom resources or in other areas identified by the Principal, teaching team or Incorporated Society Committee.
