The Parish is a visible expression of the body of Christ in a particular place. It may consist of one congregations of members who worship and witness as the people called Methodist. The Parish Centre is situated in the physical, though not commercial central of the city. The inner focus of the Parish is worship of God and the creation of a vibrant community of diverse yet like-minded people. The outer focus is of witnessing to its faith through scientific activities and targeted giving within the surrounding community. To further the inner focus there are musical group participating in worship, group meeting for fellowship and study, a variety of social activities, which often included members of the wider community, and a network of pastoral care, which includes offering food to members in need.
