To be beneficial to the community of Mercury Bay by: Managing, maintaining and supporting the provision of medical equipment and facilities for the benefit of the Mercury Bay community, its residents and visitors. Employing, managing and using all such facilities, services, premises, specialists or personnel as may be required for such equipment and facilities.
