Purposes beneficial to the community, including: 1.Environmental benefit purposes: a. Maintain the Trust Land (former mine pit) & Assets in a safe, stable, & self-sustaining state; & b. Monitor the Trust Land & Assets to ensure they remain in a safe, stable, & self-sustaining state. 2.Recreational benefit purposes: a. Maintain the Trust land & Assets in a safe, stable, & self-sustaining rehabilitated state with a view to providing the general public with recreational or leisure time facilities.
