The objective of the Mission is to hold and apply the capital and income of the Mission for any charitable purpose within New Zealand that is within the field of the Mission’s work and which is, from time to time, an approved charitable purpose. This objective does not include pecuniary profit and no provision in this Constitution shall authorise the Mission to do anything which does not further its charitable purpose. 3.2 Within the Mission’s field of work the objectives are to: a) Provide quality care to people and organisations in the workplace to enhance human dignity; b) Conduct training courses, seminars, lectures and consultations which promote and disseminate the objects of the Mission; c) Operate on the basis of cooperation with employees and employers in the workplace; d) Promote the establishment and maintenance of a healthy work environment for all involved in work and their families in Aotearoa New Zealand; e) Help address issues which exclude people from the workplace
