(a) Providing educational, social and employment initiatives for neurodivergent people who currently experience giftedness and disability; (b) Creating an environment for neurodivergent people to be encouraged and supported in recognising their unique abilities; (c) Developing key skills that enable neurodivergent people to foster their well-being and improve their career prospects.
