The Hills Radio Trust / OAR FM Dunedin works to embody the spirit of community by providing the opportunities for people of all backgrounds to have their voices heard. Through discussion, debate, music and storytelling we promote inclusivity, celebrate our differences, share our experiences, support creativity and encourage participation. We do this by: - operating a community access media station broadcasting on 105.4FM, 1575AM and online live stream plus on demand podcasts from oar.org.nz - offering free training and support to local programme makers, prioritising those who are under-represented in mainstream media - promoting diverse local programming on air and online to connect, strengthen and celebrate communities. Vision Diverse local communities are heard, enriched and connected through OAR media content and services that inform, celebrate, educate and entertain.
