The Henry and William Williams Memorial Museum Trust

The Trust’s purpose is to protect and preserve the Williams Family heritage property at Pakaraka, Northland, known as The Retreat, and to establish it as a museum “for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes of a public nature” and as a memorial to the lives of the four Williams missionaries who contributed so significantly during the earliest years of European contact in New Zealand.
