The Havelock Community Association Incorporated

To conserve, promote, advance generally the intensest, welfare of Havelock, environs and the people who live and work there. To co-ordinate and express tot he territorial and regional authority the views of the community on any matter of concern to the community. To undertake, encourage and co-ordinate activities and service for the general well being of the residents of the community. To perform such functions and exercise such powers as may from time to time be delegated to it by the territorial or regional authority. The Havelock Community Association incorporate may make submission or generally make representations in respect of any district regional or Maritime planning scheme. To do all such acts as are incidental or conducive to any of the above objects.
