The Harriet Friedlander Scholarship Trust

To provide a grant generally every two years for the purposes of enabling on each occasion one or more contemporary painters, sculptors, photographers, performers in or practitioners of any artistic discipline or other forms of modern visual or performing arts or creative and interpretative expression, who are between the ages of 30 and 40 years to live, study and carry on their creative and interpretative expression in their particular artistic field in New York, United States of America.
