The H M Hancock Charitable Trust

This Trust was established by deed on 25th October 2005 by Heather Mary Hancock. It is to be held in perpetuity to pay the net annual income to the 11 named beneficiaries of the deed. A Deed of Variation was entered into on 13th September 2010 to provide for 25% of the net annual income to be accumulated for 80 years from the date of the trust deed.
