To provide accessible educational opportunities for the public on sustainable food practices and food business development by providing training and education in all aspects of business development, and to provide connections to persons, companies and other organisations who are best-placed to advise upon such matters and providing and maintaining a series of food-safe kitchens to facilitate the teaching and development of food safety practices, sustainable production methods.
