The Empson Memorial Scholarship Trust Fund

To provide Scholarships to boys who have been at Wanganui Collegiate School for not less than one year whose parents are having financial difficulty in keeping him at school and whose character and attainments in the opinion of the Headmaster and Trustees are such that the school and boy will benefit by his remaining another year at School.
