To advance the education of the children in the wake of domestic terrorist events, provided that priority will be given to the children of the victims of the Christchurch Mosque shootings on 15 March 2019 as identified by the Trustees who were in the opinion of the Trustees materially adversely affected and victimised by that tragic event and in particular to provide: (a) the financial means for those children adversely affected to attend tertiary education in New Zealand; (b) counselling, rehabilitation and other support services for those children; and (c) without derogating from the principle purpose in clause 3.3(a), any other charitable purpose as the Board of Trustees may determine from time to time, including taking into consideration any suggestions as may be provided from time to time by the Board of Datacom to the Board of Trustees consistent with the overall purpose the Foundation was originally set up for, in each case for the public benefit of those children of the victims
