The Bay of Plenty Clinical School Charitable Trust

To hold and apply such monies in real and personal property as may from time to time be vested in or held by the Trust Board for the benefit of the Research Unit for the support and functioning of the Research Unit and generally promote and assist in the advancement of medical research and activity for the benefit of the public by providing from time to time monies, plant, equipment, books, materials and things for the use of or expenditure by the Research Unit.
