The Auckland Grammar School Old Girls' Trust

To promote and support the general educational purpose and activities of the School. To establish, maintain and administer the EM Johnston Memorial Scholarship and the EW Blackwell Memorial Award. To provide financial assistance in the form of Scholarships, Bursaries for attendance at local and overseas Tertiary Institutions, seminars or conferences, to students and/or staff from the school on such conditions as Trustees deem appropriate. To support any other educational and charitable enterprise. To improve educational facilities of the school. To support any activity aimed at the promotion and encouragement of education generally. The objects and purposes listed above shall be given the widest possible interpretation and shall include all matters that reasonably fall within the ambit of any of such objects or purposes.
