The Anglican Action Mission Trust
About
Anglican Action is a faith based, not for profit, charitable organisation. Its primary purpose is encapsulated in the summary statement “justice through service” which expresses its commitment to address both the causes and effects of poverty and social inequality in our communities. The social service activity includes residential services to vulnerable children and their mothers, supported accommodation for men and women transitioning from prison, and mentoring and camps for youth at risk. Research and policy submissions to local and central government offer new solutions to the issues that create extreme hardship for these members of our society. The priority focus in all of the work of Anglican Action is the nurture, support, and safety of our children and young people so they may flourish and know they are cherished.
