To use or employ both capital and income for the furtherance of any charitable purposes in New Zealand including, without limit: a) providing or improving sporting facilities for schools or universities; b) developing the character of young people and delivering vocational training; c) providing scholarships and prizes for academic and educational achievement; d) facilitating social rehabilitation; e) caring for the infirm, aged, children, orphans, disabled and other needy persons: and f) other charitable purposes beneficial to the community.
