Evolve is a 'one stop shop' for young people aged 10-24 years in Wellington. The Youth One Stop Shop (YOSS) model is about youth-friendly, holistic, and integrated care. Our positive youth development approach emphasises the importance of young people's connections to their families, peers and communities. Evolve believes every young person should have the opportunity to be happy and thrive, regardless of their circumstances. We acknowledge that young people have differences in health and wellbeing that are not only avoidable but unfair and unjust. We cater our services to meet the needs of young people who are traditionally underserved. All young people should have the opportunity to thrive as their authentic selves, no matter their background.
