Provide gymnastic and sport related programmes and facilities that support and develop young athletes. To align the gymnastics programme with GymSports NZ. To ensure that our gymnastics programme gives access to any gymnast from any club in New Zealand while allowing those gymnasts to still be members of and compete for their original / home clubs where required. Where possible provide opportunities for young people who would normally be unable to afford gymnastics training through a scholarship programme. To provide gym activities for children at kindergarten/ primary schools to assist to improve their physical well-being. To provide gymnastics programmes for other groups of society where gymnastics can support health and wellbeing – such as the elderly, the disadvantaged and disabled athletes.
