To further the charitable purpose of its shareholder, Maori Initiatives Trust, being to promote economic, social, cultural and spiritual prosperity for communities; in particular: (i) relief of poverty by building affordable and sustainable homes and providing social/affordable rental housing; (ii) advancement of education; (iii) advancement of the Christian religion; (iv) any purpose beneficial to the community including Maori communities; (v) other charitable purposes, within New Zealand.
