The objectives for which the association is established are designed to supplement and provide additional initiatives for wholesome family interests through:- a. Maori Cultural Arts. (Includes: music, dance, sculpture, language, history) b. Promote Maori Cultural Arts & Crafts; c. To promote learning, and develop individual interests and achievements in the Arts of Polynesia; and d. Seek supplementary grants together with fundraising events to provide essential material and expertise. KAUPAPA a. To research, foster and learn history, tikanga and te reo unique to Muriwhenua (Muriwhenuatanga) b. Strengthen links between Whanau, Hapu, Iwi and Marae within Muriwhenua c.
