Hold assets on behalf of Te Rūnanga o Whaingaroa and all returns/benefits from those assets to promote the development/advancement of social/spiritual/physical/cultural/economic wellbeing of the Te Tai Tokerau community; develop/provide services for the Te Tai Tokerau community that progresses social/spiritual/cultural/economic wellbeing; research opportunities and enter into contracts with organisations to provide those services; and carry out other charitable purposes as the board determines
