Te Puna Aroha Putea Whakapapa

Te Puna Aroha is a small kaupapa Māori Led Charitable Trust based in Ōtiria/Moerewa, Te Tai Tokerau. We celebrate local initiatives to allow whanau the ability to thrive in a safe healthy environment, growing resilience, building capacity, mobilising communities to foster a "Desire to Dream or Aspire for Abundance". Te Puna Aroha Putea Whakapapa is a non for profit organisation that’s mission is to promote social enterprise to benefit our community. We do not make any profit as all funds are recycled back into our community through social procurement where we can. Te Puna Aroha Putea Whakapapa Fund promotes charitable purposes that support whanau and communities (primarily of Moerewa and Otiria) by: - Providing essential services; - Supporting community events and projects; - Supporting the advancement of education by providing sponsorship, awards.courses/programmes and seminars; and - Providing public amenities and recreational facilities.
