Te Puke Karanga Hauora seeks to improve the health status and wellbeing of whanau who reside in Pupiriki, Jerusalem, Raetihi, and surrounding areas including Tieke Marae up the Whanganui River in significant and measurable ways through the affirmation and restoration of tino rangatiratanga of whanau, hapu and iwi, and through a range of quality primary health services, prevention, promotion, education and treatment programmes that meet the identified needs of their population (children/young people, elderly people, people with disabilities, people of a certain ethnic/racial origin, general public, family/whanau).
