The society is committed to the revitalisation of Māori language and culture through: • High-quality Māori language immersion education; • Activities that promote the principle of equity for Māori children and their whānau; • Empowering of Māori children and their whānau with their ancestral language and cultural practices. It is our aim to revitalise te reo Māori me ona tikanga and provide our tamariki the opportunity to acquire knowledge/defining their identity as confident and competent learners, so they succeed in society as strong Māori individuals and as people, as children and as adults.
