1. Advance education by establishing, developing and operating facilities and programs that provide high-quality care and early childhood education for preschool aged children on Rēkohu Wharekauri Chatham Islands; 2. Support tamariki and whānau by creating learning environments that nurture wellbeing, belonging, contribution, communication, and exploration; and 3. Carry out all other things incidental or necessary to meet the purpose in 1 & 2.
