Te Huruhi Trust

Te Huruhi Trust exists to uplift the wellbeing of the people in Auckland through Social, Recreational and Educational programs including Transit Accommodation , Basketball and Skate park facilities (Indoor),a small Gym, run CAP (Christian Against Poverty) which is a Budgeting / Debt reduction service which helps people gain Financial Literacy, EastCare (distributes Bread, Food and Clothing to meet the needs of many). We also provide facilities for various cultures in the area including the Chinese Friendship Group on Tuesdays, Wednesdays. People use it for Kapa Haka, other cultural and arts development, Police for Family interaction, Burmese for their celebrations etc. ProCare Health programmes (nutrition, exercise etc) and OSCAR School Holiday programmes. Nearly all of these are based at our facility in Glen Innes.
