The following vision, mission and values defines the purpose of Te Hononga o Tamaki me Hoturoa Vision Te Hononga Hauora Maori, Hauora Tangata, Hauora Whanau. Mission Te Hononga will provide Maori centred health and well being services, connecting whanau with their community. Goals By 2017 everything we do will be focused on connecting whanau with the support needed to achieve their health and wellbeing.
