Te Hapu o Ngai Te Oatua Charitable Trust

Our Trust’s goal is to protect assets for the benefit of members of the Hapu of Ngai Te Oatua - part of the Ngati Kahungunu iwi. Our role also is to protect the land (including Urupa, Waahi Tapu, Pa sites), foreshore and ocean associated with Pourerere Beach on the east coast of Central Hawkes Bay, for the benefit of Hapu members and future generations. We will contribute to the cultural, educational and training advancement of Hapu members upholding Kaupapa Maori traditions
