Te Akonga Early Learning Centre is a community based centre providing quality early childhood education for all children including those with additional needs. We promote positive outcomes for our children through the development of warm responsive relationships and quality learning experiences.   Our mission is to encourage the development of each child's social, physical, emotional and intellectural skills to their fullest potential by providing high quality play and educational equipment and with the guidance of qualified teachers. We endeavour to support our pre-schoolers to be self-confident and socially competent children who are ready to transition to school with a positive attitude to learning.
