To carry out charitable services which are beneficial to the people living in the Takiwā (district) of Kaikōura and elsewhere in Aotearoa for the advancement of education, employment, health, social, and economic welfare, counselling, advocacyand training opportunities and assistance whether financial or otherwise to empower and enhance their quality of life.
