The Company is established for the principal purposes of, and the objects and powers of the Company are restricted to, providing and promoting for the benefit of the Rūnanga and communities associated with and connected to the takiwā of the Rūnanga and supporting the Incorporated Society to perform its objects and purposes to the extent those objects and purposes are charitable.
