Taranaki Children's Choir

To develop a choir of 8-13 year old children who will experience choral music in a team environment. The children will recieve voice training and development while enjoying an enriching musical experience. They will participate in performances and they will be encouraged to learn music notation.The Taranaki Children's Choir is a non-profit organisation established for the exclusive purpose of providing children with an oppotunity to develop their physical, co-operative and social skills. It's purpose also is to further advance the education of young people so that knowledeg may be passed from one generation to the next for the benefit of the wider community.
