To provide quality childcare meeting the needs of the families using the centre; to ensure the childcare services encompass and reflect the different cultural values of the families who use them; to ensure provision is made for the children of casual relief teachers , and that they are given priority for casual bookings; to maintain a fair and equitable admission policy and to pay staff award- and or determination wage rates or above.
