To provide a forum for residents to discuss and decide upon matters of common interest or concern. To facilitate and implement social and recreational activities for village residents. To establish a Management Committee for the day-to-day conduct of Association business and delegate to it such power of administration as may be decided from time to time. To consult and negotiate with management.
