To provide the resources and opportunity for all people of the Western Bay Of Plenty area to participate in quality theatre, through performance, technical development, production management, backstage craft, and their entertainment as audience members. Encouraging and supporting youth development, community inclusion and the promotion of artistic endeavors regardless of ability, gender or culture.
