St Oran's College Foundation Trust

The St Oran's College Foundation Trust (Hereinafter known as "the Board') is for the purpose of the furtherance in Lower Hutt, New Zealand, of the general educational purposes of the Hutt Valley Presbyterian College for Girls' (Inc) also known as St Oran's College. (Hereinafter referred to as 'the college'). To raise and receive funds by such means as the Board from time to time shall determine whether by way of donations, gift. legacy devise subscription or otherwise for the furtherance of the general educational purposes of the College. To acquire by purchase, exchange, gift or otherwise freehold and leasehold land and primese fo the use of the college. To develop freehold and leasehold land now owned by the college or hereafter acquired for the general educational purposes of the College and in particular for the purpose of promoting general sporting facilities, including swimming facilities and developing playing fields for the use of the college and to erect buildings as required.
