The St Francis de Sales Parent School Link's objectives are: - Fundraising (outside of grants by the Ministry of Education and donations from parents) to provide improved facilities and opportunities for the school community - Social and pastoral affairs within the school community - To work in a spirit of openness for the benefit of the children's education - To facilitate interaction among members of the school community, including parents/caregiv ers, children, teachers and the Board - To foster and encourage discussion about educational matters - To cooperate with similar bodies in the interests of education
