Springboard Property Trust

(a) to acquire and hold premises for the use of Springboard Community Works Trust ("Springboard Trust") for its charitable purposes pursuant to its Trust Deed. (b) to lease any property of the Trust to the Springboard Trust or to other organisations as the trustees from time to time decide upon and to charge to any lessee's of its property rent for the use of such property. (c) to receive and hold on trust for the Springboard Trust surplus funds of the Springboard Trust as it determines from time to time. (d) to advance by way of grant and/or loan any surplus funds of the Trust to the Springboard Trust for its charitable purposes or (subject to the prior approval in writing of the Springboard Trust) to any other charity for the charitable purposes of such charity.
