To undertake activities to further the charitable purposes of the Southern Cross Health Trust, a registered and incorporated charitable trust under the Charitable Trust Act and Charities Act (CC33328). The purpose of the Trust is to assist in the provision of medical facilities services and research in New Zealand to supplement the schemes provided by the Government.
