Mission
The purposes of the Silverwood Trust are the education, training, demonstration and research of agriculture and silviculture in New Zealand. The Silverwood Trust owns a 418 hectare farming property in Hororata, Canterbury known as ‘Silverwood’. The majority of the property is operated for agricultural purposes and a smaller portion of the property is used for silverculture purposes.
